Ingredients:
- 1 can 12 oz Hereford Corned Beef cut into small cubes
- 1 lb potatoes peeled, and cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp herbs (your choice) finely chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped salt and pepper to taste
- Sour cream
Directions:
- In a skillet, sauté the potatoes in butter and oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown.
- Add the Hereford Corned Beef, herbs, parsley and chives; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix gently for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with sour cream on the side.
- Garnish as desired.
